Cardiff Capitals currently have teams at 5 age groups, U12's, U14's, U16's, U18's and U21's.
The Under 12's Teams is a merged team with Caerphilly Under 12's making the Caerphilly Capitals.
TRAINING TIMES :
12's & 14'sSaturday 9 am - 10 am - Llanishen Leisure Centre16's & 18's
Sunday 9 am - 10 am - Caerphilly Leisure CentreSaturday 10 am - 11 am - Llanishen Leisure CentreAll Older Age GroupsMonday 9 pm - 10 pm - Caerphilly Leisure Centre
We are currently looking for players at all age groups to keep all teams running over the coming seasons.
With luck next year we will also be able to field a senior team.
